What if my package is damaged during delivery?
All items damaged during delivery need to be resolved through the carrier that responsible for delivery. If you package is insured you may file a claim through the carrier’s website. is not responsible for any damaged items once the item has left our hands.
What's the best way to clean my organizer
Make sure to clear any visible dust from your organizer with a duster or a soft dry cloth then wipe with a damp soft cloth.
How long will it take for my items to ship?
The turn around time varies depending on the number of order we have in front of yours but typically it takes between 3-5 business days to ship. This may be less but we make no guarantees.

Orders placed after 3pm will begin to be processed on the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 1pm that order would ship between Thursday and the following Monday. However, if that same order were to be placed after 3pm it would ship between Friday and Tuesday.

Shipping time does not include delivery time.

How long will it take for my item to arrive once it has shipped?
Delivery time depends on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. Typically, priority shipping will take 2-3 business days and ground shipping can take up to 9 business days within the continental United States.

International delivery times may be longer and vary depending on the country being shipped to.

Where can I find the size of my organizer?
Every item has it’s dimensions included on the item’s description.
What if I accidentally provided the wrong address and my package is delivered to that address?
