What if my package is damaged during delivery?
All items damaged during delivery need to be resolved through the carrier that responsible for delivery. If you package is insured you may file a claim through the carrier’s website. is not responsible for any damaged items once the item has left our hands.
What's the best way to clean my organizer
Make sure to clear any visible dust from your organizer with a duster or a soft dry cloth then wipe with a damp soft cloth.
How long will it take for my items to ship?
All items are made to order. What this means is that your items are not made until your order is placed. The reason we don’t keep an inventory is that it helps to keep the cost down and we can in turn pass those savings on to you.

The turn around time varies depending on the number of order we have in front of yours but typically it takes between 2 – 3 week to ship. This may be less but we make no guarantees.

Where can I find the size of my organizer?
Every item has it’s dimensions included on the item’s description.
What if I accidentally provided the wrong address and my package is delivered to that address?
