Processing time is the time that we need to fill your order and have the carrier pick it up from our facility. It does not include the time needed for the carrier to transport your package. Please pay close attention to the "Ship Out" dates as they follow you all through out your shopping experience. You can find your "Ship Out" dates on the following pages: 1. The product page, when shopping. 2. The cart page, when you add a product to your cart. 3. The check-out page, before your purchase. 4. The thank you page, after you make your purchase. 5. Your email confirmation, right next to the product's name. Orders are processed on business days which are Monday- Friday (Excluding holidays & weekends). Shipping Insurance
For Her Vanity is not liable for any lost or stolen packages, or, for any delay caused by any act or by fault of the shipping carrier. We do however offer shipping insurance for damage to products that may occur during shipping.
We HIGHLY recommend adding Shipping insurance at checkout. We make sure all packages are packed very well and add highly visible fragile stickers to each package so the carrier can handle the package with care, however, once the package leaves our facility we no longer control how your package is handled.
Steps to take if your package arrives damaged and you are covered by our shipping insurance :
1. Make sure to email us within 72 hours after the package has been marked as delivered (MUST BE WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME NO EXCEPTIONS).
2. The email must contain your order number, the name of the product(s) that were damaged, and photo(s) of the damaged box and the damaged item(s).
Once we receive your email with the required information we will begin to process your claim. If the claim is approved, For Her Vanity will notify you if the damaged product(s) will be replaced or if you will receive a refund for those items.
Important
It is important to note that if you reject our shipping insurance you will assume full responsibility for any damage to your package and will have to contact the carrier to file any claim with them.
Returns & Cancellations
When your order is submitted, it begins to process immediately and can’t be changed or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please make sure your items and colors are correct before submitting your order.

Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately we don’t accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
What if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order?
DO NOT REMOVE THE SHRINKWRAP, ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED, UNUSED & IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Steps to take after receiving a wrong item or something is wrong :
1. Email us within 72 hours after the package has been marked as delivered. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
2. Email must contain the order number, the name of the product(s), and a photo(s) for proof.
3. Product(s) MUST be in original packing (shrink wrapped) stain-free & undamaged.
4. We will email you a return label, product(s) MUST be SHIPPED BACK TO US within 7 days from the day you receive the return label. After the 7th-day the return label will void and the exchange will be canceled.
