Shipping Policy

YOU CAN FIND YOUR “SHIP OUT” DATES ON MANY PAGES;

1. The product page, when shopping.

2. In cart page, when you add product to cart.

3. Check out page, before & after you purchase. 

4. Thank you for your order page, after you purchase. 

5. Your email confirmation, right next to the product name.

Shipping time does not include delivery time, USPS & Fedex are the companies responsible to deliver your package. Depending on what shipping option you choose (ground or priority) your package can take an additional 2-9 days to arrive. Priority shipping generally takes 1-3 business days and ground can take up to 9 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive and plan accordingly when making a purchase for a gift or any special occasion.

Delay

Your order can get delayed for a few reasons;

1. High volume of orders
2. New product launch
3. During the holidays
4. Makeup Organizers with NO glamour glitter

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided with every shipment for both your protection and ours. Tracking number will be emailed once your package gets shipped out, CHECK SPAM FOLDER. Keep in mind that the USPS does not always provide accurate and up to date updates so make  sure to check the status of your delivery with them often.

Wrong Address/Return to sender/No mail receptacle

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECK OUT. If you provide the wrong address or USPS marks as *Insufficient Address* *Vacant* *Return to sender* and the item(s) is shipped back to us you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time to have your item shipped out to you again. If you provide the wrong address and the item is delivered, we are not responsible for your lost item.

What if my item was damaged during shipping?

For Her Vanity shall not be liable for any lost, stolen packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier we however do offer shipping insurance for damage products during shipping. We HIGHLY recommend selecting Shipping insurance at checkout so you can be covered for any damage during shipping. We make sure all packages are packed very well. We add extra fragile stickers to packages so the carrier can handle the package with care.  It is important to know if you reject our shipping insurance you will assume full responsibly for the package.  

Steps you can take if you rejected our shipping insurance:

  1. File a claim through the carrier it will be either USPS  or FEDEX depending who delivered your package and follow their instructions.

Steps to take if you are covered by our shipping insurance :

  1. Make sure to email us within 72 hours after package has been marked as delivered. (MUST BE WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME NO EXCEPTIONS)
  2. Email must contain order number the name of the product(s) and a photo(s) of damage item(s)  .
  3. Once we receive your email with correct information we will begin to process your claim.
