We make every attempt to ship out orders as soon as possible but keep in mind that shipping times depend greatly on work load.
Shipping time does not include delivery time, USPS is the company responsible to deliver your package. Depending on what shipping option you choose (ground or priority) your package can take an additional 2-9 days to arrive. Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 business days and ground can take up to 9 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive and plan accordingly when making a purchase for a gift or any special occasion.
Cut Off Time
There is a cut off time of 3pm Pacific Standard Time. What this means is that any orders placed after 3pm will not begin to process until the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 1 pm, you order will ship between Thursday and the following Monday (3-5 business days). However, if that same order were to be placed after 3pm your order would ship between Friday and Tuesday.
A tracking number will be provided with every shipment for both your protection and ours. Tracking number will be emailed once your package gets shipped out, CHECK SPAM FOLDER. Keep in mind that the USPS does not always provide accurate and up to date updates so make sure to check the status of your delivery with them often.
If you provide the wrong address or USPS marks as *Insufficient Address* *Vacant* and the item(s) is shipped back to us you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time to have your item shipped out to you again. If you provide the wrong address and the item is delivered, we are not responsible for your lost item.
For Her Vanity shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. For Her Vanity is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
