Shipping Policy

All orders are currently being shipped out within 5-7 business days.

Shipping time does not include delivery time, USPS is the company responsible to deliver your package. Depending on what shipping option you choose (ground or priority) your package can take an additional 2-9 days to arrive. Priority shipping generally takes 1-3 business days and ground can take up to 9 business days. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive and plan accordingly when making a purchase for a gift or any special occasion.


A tracking number will be provided with every shipment for both your protection and ours. Tracking number will be emailed once your package gets shipped out, CHECK SPAM FOLDER. Keep in mind that the USPS does not always provide accurate and up to date updates so make  sure to check the status of your delivery with them often.

Wrong Address

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECK OUT. If you provide the wrong address or USPS marks as *Insufficient Address* *Vacant* and the item(s) is shipped back to us you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time to have your item shipped out to you again. If you provide the wrong address and the item is delivered, we are not responsible for your lost item.

What if my item was damaged during shipping?

We make sure all packages are packed very well. We add extra fragile stickers to packages so the carrier can handle the package with care. That doesn’t guarantee that the carrier will handle with care so any damage that occurred during shipping must be addressed to the company that handled shipping. We are not responsible for any incident that may take place during the delivery process. It is important to note that depending on the type of shipping you select at checkout, you may have insurance on your package and have the ability to file a claim for the damage. We HIGHLY recommend selecting priority mail so you can be covered for any damage during shipping.

For Her Vanity shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. For Her Vanity is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Steps to take after receiving a damage item:

  1. Make sure to email us within 48 hours after package has been marked as delivered.
  2. Email must contain the name of the product(s) and a photo(s) for proof.
  3. Once we receive your email with correct information we will file a claim with the carrier.
  4. Remember the end results depends on the carrier, they can either deny the claim or approve it.
  5. If the carrier approves the claim you will receive store credit within 48 hours.
  6. If the carrier denies the claim the case will close and there will be no issued store credit.
