All request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase!
**Once an order is placed there will be no changes made. Orders get processed and made Exactly how options are chosen at checkout. So please make sure your items and colors are exactly what you want before clicking “submit”**
We offer returns & store credit under these circumcise;
1. Item(s) received are not what you ordered.
**NO RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT FOR LIMITED EDITION ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS***

How do I request a return to receive a store credit?

All requests must be made in writing via email within 48 hours after receiving the item & you were not satisfied with your item(s).

-Items must be sent back within 9 days of the delivery date.
-Items must be free of stains & undamaged
-A  25% restocking fee will be applied because these are custom color items.
-Store credit is processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
-For Her Vanity DOES NOT provide pre-paid return label; you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return.

I received the wrong item(s) what do I do?

-Email us within 48 hours after receiving the wrong item(s) from what you ordered. Add photos in your email.
-Items must be sent back within 9 days of the delivery date.
-Items must be free of stains & undamaged
-Correct item will ship out within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
-For Her Vanity WILL provide pre-paid return label if we sent out wrong item(s)

What if my item was damaged during shipping?

We make sure all packages are packed very well. We add extra fraglie stickers to packages so the carrier can handle the package with care. That doesn’t  guarantee that the carrier will handle with care so any damage that may have occurred during shipping must be addressed to the company that handled shipping.

We are not responsible for any incident that may take place during the delivery process. It is important to note that depending on the type of shipping you select at checkout, you may have insurance on your package and have the ability to file a claim for the damage. We HIGHLY recommend selecting priority mail so you can be covered for any damage during shipping.
