Returns & Exchanges:

Unfortunately we don’t accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

What if I received the wrong product than what I ordered ?

Steps to take after receiving a wrong item:
1. Make sure to email us within 48 hours after package has been marked as delivered.
2. Email must contain order number the name of the product(s) and a photo(s) for proof.
3. Product(s) MUST be in original packing (shrink wrapped) stain free & undamaged.
4. We will email you a return label, incorrect product(s) must be return within 3 business days.

DO NOT TAKE OFF SHRINK WRAP, ITEM MUST BE UNOPENED, UNUSED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE YOUR CORRECT ITEM.

Cancellation:

All request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase!
**Once an order is placed there will be no changes made. Orders get processed and made Exactly how options are chosen at checkout. So please make sure your items and colors are exactly what you want before clicking “submit”**
