Return & Cancellation Policies 
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

When you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process. Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please make sure your items and colors are exactly what you want before clicking “submit”**  This can include but is not limited to:

• Billing or shipping address update

• Addition or removal of items

• Change in color/organizer type

• Addition or removal of a discount code or free gift codes

• Order cancellation request

Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately we don’t accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

What if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order?

DO NOT TAKE OFF SHRINK WRAP, ITEM MUST BE UNOPENED, UNUSED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE YOUR CORRECT ITEM. 

Steps to take after receiving a wrong item or something is wrong :
1. Email us within 72 hours after package has been marked as delivered.(MUST BE WITHIN 72 HOURS)
2. Email must contain order number the name of the product(s) and a photo(s) for proof.
3. Product(s) MUST be in original packing (shrink wrapped) stain free & undamaged.
4. We will email you a return label, product(s) MUST be SHIPPED OUT within 7 days, after the 7th day return label will void and exchange will be canceled.

Unfortunately if its a SALE ITEM(S) AT 50% or more this does not apply as item(s) is discontinued, you will receive a store credit of the product (paid value), you can also keep the incorrect product for free.
