Returns and Exchanges

All request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase!

It is our intention to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases and we will do everything we can to ensure so. Refunds may be offered under certain circumstances and will be assessed on a case by case basis. A refund is never guaranteed and will only be considered under the following situations:

1. You receive a defective item
2. Item received was not the item order.

How do I request a return or a refund?

All requests must be made in writing via email within 24 hours after receiving the item and include photos showing defects, damage or the item itself if you received something other than what was ordered.


Will I receive a full refund?

If a return is approved the amount refunded will be for the purchase amount and will not include any shipping that may have been assessed to your purchase.


What if my item was damaged during shipping?

Any damage that may have occurred during shipping must be addressed to the company that handled shipping. We are not responsible for any incident that may take place during the delivery process. It is important to note that depending on the type of shipping you select at checkout, you may have insurance on your package and have the ability to file a claim for the damage.
